• I provide prompt & personal service from "just looking" to the "closing with the title company" to "moving in our new home".  I am available to assist & answer any questions.
• I provide personal tours for any house with a "For Sale" sign in the yard - I will even contact a "For Sale By Owner" house if a client wants a personal viewing.
• I have a full range of service referrals for whatever my clients need.  For example: mortgage companies (for good and not-so-good credit, almost anyone can qualify for a home loan), home inspectors, painters, movers, insurance brokers, electricians, plumbers, air conditioning & heating experts, roofers, sheet rockers, basement or room finishers, interior and exterior decorators, landscapers, etc.
• I provide my clients with a professional housecleaning service & a meal on moving day!
